By accessing and using the Rekha.app application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service provided by BLRMYS Consulting Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Description of Service

Rekha.app is a local-first time tracking application that allows users to:

• Track time using visual grid-based interfaces
• Manage activities and time entries locally on their device
• Add notes and organize time tracking data
• Access analytics and summaries of their time usage
• Use the service offline without internet connectivity

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

Data Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining and backing up your own data
• Since data is stored locally, device loss may result in data loss
• You should regularly export your data if it's important to you

Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Core offline functionality will continue to work regardless of service availability

We may introduce paid subscription tiers in the future, which may include:

• Cloud sync and backup services (approximately $2-5 USD per month)
• Extended data history beyond 3-4 weeks (approximately $10 USD per month)
• Additional premium features

Current free features will remain free. Paid features will be clearly disclosed, and you'll have the choice to subscribe or continue using the free version.

Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by BLRMYS Consulting Pvt Ltd
• Your time tracking data remains your property
• You retain all rights to your personal data and content
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLRMYS Consulting Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLRMYS Consulting Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device
• Any paid subscriptions will be handled according to our refund policy

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
